International orders
Calceis Pennatis is not responsible for paying additional VAT charges for customs clearance. Each country is different. Delays and charges happen randomly and are out of our control. Although very rare, some delays can take several weeks.
For shipping to a destination outside the EU, additional tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the client's local government. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the client. This can potentially range from 10%-40% of the total order value. This fee is separate from the shipping cost and is out of our control.
Because we are a registered business, we can not lower the value of products to avoid potential customs fees. Consequences of such action could be harmful for both parties.

Δωρεάν μεταφορικά για όλη την Ελλάδα. Ενώ η παράδοση των αγορών θα γίνεται σε 2-3 εργάσιμες ημέρες για χερσαίους προορισμούς, σε 2-4 εργάσιμες ημέρες για νησιώτικες περιοχές, Ήπειρο και Πελοπόννησο και τέλος 2-6 ημέρες σε απομακρυσμένες και δυσπρόσιτες περιοχές.
Κύπρος
Για την Κύπρο τα έξοδα συσκευασίας έως 2κιλών ανέρχονται στο ποσό των 19€. Η παράδοση των αγορών υπολογίζονται σε 4-5 εργάσιμες ημέρες.
Ευρώπη
Για αποστολές στην Ευρώπη τα έξοδα αποστολής έως 2 κιλών επιβαρύνουν τον πελάτη με το ποσό των 35€. Η παράδοση των αγορών υπολογίζονται σε 4-5 εργάσιμες ημέρες.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, they can be returned to Calceis Pennatis within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.
All requests for refunds can be directed to [email protected] whereby you will receive a returns form to be completed before an authorisation can be made. Once authorised you will receive a confirmation email with details for shipping return.
Upon receipt of the returned good’s, an inspection shall be carried out before the returns process can be completed. On approval of the goods, you will be entitled to receive a refund or store credit, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. Returned goods must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition. They must also have original tags and packaging attached. We are not able to refund or provide store credit for items that do not adhere to this.
Up until Calceis Pennatis is in receipt of the returned products, the customer is solely responsible for the care of goods. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Return shipping costs of the items are the responsibility of the customer unless goods are damaged or faulty.
Please ensure all returns are sent via a trackable, insured service and clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to avoid any customs charges. Calceis Pennatis is not responsible for any return custom charges made.
A refund will be issued back via original payment method within 30 days of receiving your return. Once the return of goods is authorised, a confirmation email shall be issued to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Σε περίπτωση επιστροφής ο αγοραστής δεν επιβαρύνεται με τα έξοδα αποστολής του προϊόντος. Δεν γίνονται αλλαγές στα προϊόντα προσφορών (>25%) και ειδικών παραγγελιών, ούτε επιστρέφονται χρήματα. Στις περιπτώσεις αλλαγής αυτών, το κατάστημά μας σας προτείνει προϊόντα ίσης χρηματικής αξίας με αυτά που επιθυμείτε να αλλάξετε.
Σε περίπτωση επιστροφής χρημάτων πραγματοποιείται μέσω κατάθεσης σε τραπεζικό λογαριασμό εντός 30 ημερών.
